 “crumb.”

What is the movie featuring an orphan? The orphan eats the food in the bowl. Then, he goes up to the woman asking for more. Anyway, I thought of that movie. I saw that our word for SoCS was crumb.

Which reminds me of the word leftovers. There, we have a rabbit hole. We fall. We get back up. Then that leads me to today which is Black Friday. A day that some people get money hungrier or, maybe they are gonna be money starved? After today a lot of folks will be eating dry beans and rice everyday till Christmas. Probably using the latest magazine for toilet paper.

Stress. It is all stress. I mean do you really think the Lord Jesus Christ had the latest…wait a minute He got gifts too…I mean GOLD, FRANKINCENSE AND MYRRH – Why Those Three Gifts? Okay, well, people go overboard these days with gift giving at Christmas. It’s not the same thing.

I’ll be glad when gift giving is over. I am so sick of an attitude that feels entitled. People really do get upset when others don’t give them gifts, they feel entitled to.

Imma Grinch, Can I hibernate till it’s over?

Yes, I will decorate for Christmas…Give me time, and grace please

Until Next Time,

Heidi💜

I don’t love all the stress either, but I do love this season, this time of year, something magical is in the air…

I find Christmas Stressful . Like you I don’t like all the commercialism either .. not a fan of Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

the song below is how Christmas often is and it can easily apply to Thanksgiving in the US

Oh! The film, if you really don’t know is Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens…

Thank you for commenting on this post. Oh, and thank you for the reminder of the name of the film. I really did forget the name. The song compliments Thanksgiving and
      Christmas for sure
