What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?
My #1 priority for tomorrow is the same priority for today…
Survive through another day.
So, today, I set my alarm for 6 am. In the hopes of enjoying a cup of coffee. Okay, one thing is accomplished. Today, we (David, Zach, and I) are taking my mom to a doctor’s appointment. It’s a fun ride with family time being #1 on our list.
My mind is blank as usual. Or maybe it’s full. Let’s say it’s clogged up with this and that. #1 reason for my brain being clogged up? I read my mail last night. My mail was spam mail, a magazine I never ordered, and a note from my insurance company. Insurance company mail always means a form to fill out, right?
Deadlines, I loathe deadlines like The Grintch Who Stole Christmas. I mean, doesn’t everything have a limit? Including me. But gosh, deadlines make me anxious. Something usually comes up in a day that needs to be focused on. Something that draws your attention away from that deadline you must meet.
Moses. At times, my life feels like it’s a responsibility like he had; leading the Isrealites across the desert. However, it’s for a lifetime and not 40 days and 40 nights. Although Moses gets a helper in Aaron, eventually, I hope that I dont strike the rock in anger like Moses did in the end. Cause I sure want to see the promised land…
Note to self: Give it to God.
