Do you prefer iced tea or iced coffee?

I like both. Iced tea with my meals. Usually hot coffee in the morning if I get to it. Sometimes, my coffee gets cold.

Do you like your cold drinks with ice, or just chilled?

lots of ice

Do you prefer an ice cream (cornetto or similar) or ice lolly (popsicle)?

Both. Right now, I love fudge ripple ( vanilla ice cream with chocolate swirls and fudge popcicles)

What is your favourite cold dessert?

Cheesecake plain. If any fruit it must be strawberries

1. It’s the second May Bank Holiday here in the UK and the kids are on half term break. In your country, do schools have a ‘Half Term’ break? Usually, schools here in North Carolina have a Spring break (week), summer break (schools out 3 months),  Thanksgiving (2 days), and Christmas ( 2 weeks)
2.  Education methods have changed a lot since I left school in 1972.
   Would you like to be learning in a classroom of today? The times have changed way too much these days in Education. No, I would not care to study with the views of the world today. There are not as many morals as when I grew up.
3.  Did you leave school as soon as you could, or did you go on to study for a degree or other higher education? I sustained my traumatic brain injury at 17 which was my senior year of high school. I was able to graduate that year with the help of a homebound teacher (from February to May which was graduation) I took off the summer but returned to a Technical school in my area to further my education.
4.  When you entered the working world, did your job require ‘qualifications’ or did you learn on the job? That is complicated for me. As far as a career. I never had one. Jobs, yes. However, I did go to school for education. Particularly early elementary education, to become a teacher. I have a certificate for physical therapy which comes in handy for my disabilities from TBI. I also have a diploma in cosmetology that I use to cut my husband’s hair and his facial grooming. I also worked on my bachelor’s degree in Education ( I have an Associate in Applied Science and an Associate in Education); I am where I need to be to be able to be a caregiver for my husband.  All education is never lost.
