RDP Wednesday: ELASTIC

Elastic

What comes to mind when I see the word “elastic” is the elastic in my pants. I say when I look in the mirror as I undress for my nightly bath,”What the heck happened here?” Never mind, the fact that I am not in my prime anymore or the fact that I struggle to get around from my disability and maybe due to the fact that perimentapause may have something to do with weight gain. I like to eat too. I do want to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, the stress of the day causes me to forget. Well, not to forget, but it’s more like ignore the fact of weight loss. I pray for protection and then act like I didn’t hear myself say this prayer. If I lose a good amount of weight, my unhealthy risk factors would go down. I know for a fact that it wouldn’t be my effort that did it. Weight loss would take a miracle. I suck at this.
