Basically, I am at the point in my life where I go through the motions to survive. Maybe?

I find myself only wanting to do these things but getting interrupted by life. Obligations want to take over. Ha!

Or maybe I wish I was motivated to write for a designated time, exercise,get ready for the day, and then do chores like maintaining the house. I wish house cleaning was automatically done by robots or something. SHEW! Elon Musk may come up with that.

I don’t see if I’ve grown any as a person in the past year since Day One asked this question last year. Or maybe I should say I’ve stuck to my routine of self-care as best as I could. Either way, I wake up,try not to overthink, which is hard, and do the best I can. I am 50, and I wish I could get over overthinking about how people view me and my circumstances.  Do they call me lazy? Can I get to the point where my only concern is being enough for me. Can I, PLEASE. Any tips are welcome.

I wish my pet could understand they are the reason I keep going every day. I wake up, and I ask the Lord to help me get through the day. I think that having a cat is one way he helps me do that.
