FOWC With Fandango — Season
Carol thought to herself, “This is not my season. Summer is too hot. ” She parked her car at the local Walmart. The air outside was so hot the inside door handle was warm.
This shopping trip was necessary. Otherwise, she would have stayed home. On her monthly trip to town, Carol got the supplies she needed. She needed deodorant, soap, and toothpaste this month. Which promised a quick trip since the aisles that the products were on were usually close to each other.
“Oh my goodness,” Carol gasped under her breath. About five cars ahead of her, she saw her aunt, Rachel. Carol thought to herself, “If I can duck behind this Tahoe, I might avoid the drama. The SUV is parked here.”
Lo and behold the Tahoe she leaned on had an alarm that sounded when she touched it. Needless to say,Rachel saw Carol. Loudly. Rachel screams, “Carol!” The drama began with Rachel telling the latest gossip.
Thirty minutes later, Carol was discombobulated and flabbergasted. She decided to go back to her car and turn on the A.C. Her drenched body was a sign to go home and jump in her pool. Plus, there was online ordering. Problem solved.
Until Next Time,
Heidi💜
