
Find your focus too. Because I feel like my brain has too much information in it right now. Maybe, after this quick blog post, I can walk some outside. I could use some cobwebs cleared from my thoughts and some endorphins through my body. Hormones are few and far between these days. I could use the help

Ignore the ones who bring your spirit down. I won’t say they are bad people. I don’t think they mean to get you in a cloudy mood without the sun shining day. But still. Be careful out there.
